Media packages


Campsites have the opportunity to sign up to a media package*. The media package includes a combination of online and offline promotion to attract the camper to your campsite in a variety of ways. Consider online promotion on Eurocampings.eu, CampingCard.com, Start2Camp.nl, in the ACSI Campsites Europe app, in the CampingCard ACSI app and offline promotion in the ACSI FreeLife magazine and the Start2Camp magazine. 

You can choose from three media packages: Comfort, Deluxe and Premium.

* If you have an advertisement of min. 1/16 bl/w in ACSI Campinggids Europa 2020 or min. 1/4 bl/w in ACSI Campingführer Europa 2020.


Explanation of media package components

Ranking factor: Purchase of a media package counts in the ranking on Eurocampings.eu, CampingCard.com and in the ACSI Campsites Europe app and CampingCard ACSI app. A Deluxe Package counts for more in the ranking than a Comfort Package. A Premium Package counts for more in the ranking than a Deluxe Package.

Extra photos: The number of photos you can include on Eurocampings.eu, CampingCard.com and in the ACSI Campsites Europe app and CampingCard ACSI app in addition to the number of photos the advertiser already receives with the advertisement.

Detailed campsite description: Detailed descriptive text based on the input of the ACSI inspector written and placed on the campsite detail page on Eurocampings.eu and the ACSI Campsites Europe app. The text will be placed in Dutch, German, English and French. Did you already have a media package in previous years? Then if you purchase a Deluxe Package for 2020, the text will be placed in one additional language. If you purchase a Premium Package for 2020, the text will be placed in two additional languages. These languages will be chosen by ACSI.

Top position on theme pages: Your campsite will be shown alternately in the top position of the search results on Eurocampings.eu on the theme pages that apply to your campsite (for example 'campsites by the sea' or 'campsites with a pool').

Banner on ACSI websites: A banner of your campsite will be shown at national level on Eurocampings.eu, at country level on CampingCard.com, on the blog page of Start2Camp and in the main headings of ACSIFreeLife.nl. You will get at least 10,000 views in the period from January to June.

Facebook post on ACSI channel: Your campsite will be suggested to people who follow ACSI Facebook pages and Eurocampings.eu.

Social media icons: A reference link to your campsite Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Instagram and Pinterest pages will be added on Eurocampings.eu, CampingCard.com, in the ACSI Campsites Europe app and in the CampingCard ACSI app.

Quote from rating: Per language you can choose one sentence from a camper's review. This sentence will be written as a quote on the detail page of your campsite on Eurocampings.eu.

Quote from campsite owner: On the campsite detail page of Eurocampings.eu, a quote from the campsite owner will be shown in four languages (Dutch, English, German and French).

Facebook widget: On your campsite's detail page on Eurocampings.eu and CampingCard.com, there will be a widget to your campsite Facebook page. This means that the latest posts of your Facebook page will be shown in a separate box.

Video: Placing a video (if available) on the detail page of your campsite on Eurocampings.eu.

360-degree photo link: If your campsite has a 360-degree photo made by Onsite360, a link to this photo can be placed on the detail page of your campsite on Eurocampings.eu and CampingCard.com.

Short text about campsite on results page: placing a short text about the campsite on the results page on Eurocampings.eu.

Less visible promotion of other campsites on your campsite's page: on the detail page of a campsite with a media package and / or internet link, the slider with other campsites in the area only appears after all information about the campsite in question has been shown. The customer therefore first has to read all the information about the campsite in question without other campsites in the area being able to attract attention. On the detail page of a campsite without a media package and / or internet link, such a slider is displayed between the information of the campsite in question.

Entry in the ACSI FreeLife magazine: An entry about your campsite in an annex to one of the editions of ACSI FreeLife magazine. Campsites with a premium package will also get an entry in another edition of the ACSI FreeLife magazine.

Entry Start2Camp: An entry of your campsite in the Start2Camp magazine. Your campsite will also be shown on Start2Camp.nl.
